Host Supervisor

For UBL, each Fellow will be paired with a designated U.S.-based organizational mentor who will serve as a host supervisor at his/her worksite. Organizational mentors will be vetted through an application process which will include an online application and an interview. Mentors will help fellows manage their time, acclimating them to the worksite, providing assignments, setting up professional meetings and shadowing opportunities, and helping them develop the reciprocal visit project. Mentors will receive an orientation from American Councils staff prior to hosting a fellow.
